You can create a real working website in a very short amount of time. All you have to do is set up an account at WordPress, and then customize the initial website they set up for you. Here are the instructions in PDF files.

First we will go over the step-by-step details of how to set up a WordPress account. Then we’ll use that account to create a real website. If you already have an account at WordPress, you may want to skip ahead to the second part.

Instructions:

To set up a website, you need some good text and some nice pictures. If you don’t have your own, you can use some of mine.

You can download a whole package of files as a zip file or you can download the individual files. Just click each of the pictures below to see the full-size version. Then right-click the full-size image and choose to Save the image as… . Then you can direct where the new files should be stored on your computer. (Alternatively, you could right-click each file name and choose Save Link as…)
